- Discount Redemption: The App is used by businesses to scan or manually input discount codes from INDEX Choice members to redeem customer discounts. No additional data is collected beyond the codes entered or scanned during this process.
- System Logs: We may collect non-identifying system logs (e.g., successful, or failed code scans) to monitor App performance and ensure proper functionality.
- Sharing of Information
Since we do not collect additional personal data through the App, we do not share user data beyond the following exceptions:
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose logs or minimal usage data if required by law, or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., subpoenas, court orders).
- Data Retention
